This role is required to manage the controlling function. Primary tasks include regular work for planning and analysis, as well as the digitalization course for Finance.

Planning & Reporting:

1. Ensure that proper processes are in place for the accurate forecasting, and support on relevant presentations.

2. Submit required financial reports, bridges and statistic accounts in accordance with Group deadlines and requirements.

3. Prepare regional consolidation performance review by Day+7, with general analysis to business results based on information communicated with department owners.

4. Assist in preparing of Annual Planning Cycle (APC for 5 years development plan) financial objectives.

Business Intelligence & Analysis:

1. System in place to ensure plans / budget are monitored on regular basis.

2. Lead team to be responsible for performance analysis using BI tools, and provide comments on P&L status by channel, which allow management to understand business performance in different dimensions.

3. Deep dive analysis on Retail & E-Commerce sales, promotion, OPEX, pricing, ROI of marketing investment / store relocation, etc.

4. Monitor key financial performance metrics, and inform timely on any unexpected issue impacting potentially the financial performance of the organization.

5. Monitor IR (investment review) process in accordance with Global policies.

6. Maintain one source of data truth, and take charge of corporate master data.

7. Perform ad hoc analysis for management decision making on business and financial trends, identify issues, and discuss with relevant business and functional teams.

Others:

1. Deeply involved in the digitalization of finance function, including BI implementation, comprehensive budgeting management, process streamlining, etc.

2. Continuously challenge sales & marketing activities regarding their contribution to the company′s result.
