Role Profile :

• Support the Head of APAC COE AGS to make informed, timely and quality decisions for AGS accounting, process, systems and controls.
• Preferred knowledge of SSC business process and contract and product characteristics
• Experience collaborating with BU and COE teams across the regions.
• Use technology and data to conduct complex analytics and solve high value problems through innovative and agile solutions.

Financial Planning and Analysis (30%):

• Plan and execute the consolidation and dissemination of data requests to and from the regions.
• Support the continuous improvements activities related to business processes and controls affecting the COE AGS process.
• Own the corroborative tools and knowledge management for COE AGS with the objective to achieve the COE model and Definition of Winning.

Projects (70%):

• Become a technical expert in AGS revenue and costing process, systems, dashboards and reporting tools.
• Develop working knowledge of AGS data governance and data sets, user proficiency in data analytics and visualization tools e.g. ACL, Tableau and dashboards.
• Global projects – represent APAC, lead the execution of business requirements design, testing scenarios/scripts, training and materials, and oversight of ITCs and UAT through go-live.
• Local projects – lead as Business Analyst or provide project management/technical support, develop BKM and aides to guide COE analysts to lead smaller projects.
