Report to : Senior Finance & Controlling Manager

Responsibilities:

• Work as business partner with Retail team, deliver KPI report / Dashboard and review sales forecast with the team
• Conduct monthly closing with Accounting team and ensure data accuracy
• Prepare monthly management report, including but not limited to TB, P&L by store and data uploading
• Analyze monthly variances between actual and budget on OPEX & identify key risk and opportunity
• Responsible for CAPEX budget / forecast and comparison between actual and budget / forecast
• Support on Business Case preparation and review, work with BD / Retail team to ensure the data accuracy in the study
• Support on budget and forecast preparation
• Help to improve existing controlling process by standardizing procedure

Qualification & Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
• Experience in FP&A related position in Retail/FMCG industry is preferred
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Ability to work under pressure and respect tight deadline
• Excellent communication skills, ability to work with cross functions and fluent English speaker
• Self-motivated and Team player
• Will be a plus if the candidate has knowledge of IFRS vs China GAAP
