In this role, the Finance Analyst works on Financial Analysis fields. Finance analyst will be responsible for operation analysis, month-end closing for two business units for Addencare and Beauty, finance report, costing, budgeting etc.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Performs overall financial planning and analysis of APS China which includes but not limited to monthly closing and reporting, expense and cost analysis, production variance analysis, UOA, costing, CAPEX, NWC and Head count etc.
• Participating in the whole budgeting process and monthly rolling forecast process for APS China, Support finance controller to monitor and control the target achievement.
• Communicate and collaborate with Finance SSC, make sure all business and transaction are recorded properly and timely
• Provide finance support to business team in daily business operations, such as pricing, costing, margin analysis etc.;
• Re-check weekly Cash forecast with Finance SSC and ensure accuracy of weekly cash forecast
• Promptly monitor selling price by customer and by product in SAP by month
• Master data checked and created in SAP if needed
• Timely calculate product cost in SAP
• Other assignments from managements

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE

Related work experience

• 5+ years related work experiences in manufacturing MNC with recent 3 years Financial Analysis Role
• Accounting experience will be a plus

Formal education or equivalent

• Bachelor's degree with major in Finance or Economic

• Good PC skills
• Good English communication skill both in written and oral
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and understanding of Chinese accounting rule
• Strong analytical and team spirits
• Good SAP skill
