? Responsible for collecting, synthesizing and analyzing volume, revenue, price, cost, and other types of data and developing meaningful reports for senior management.
? Responsible for preparing operating budget based on actual performance, previous budget figures, estimated revenue, expense reports and other factors.
? Responsible for creating comparative financial analyses for all service lines and service departments, understanding and identifying trends in large data sets.
? Responsible for monitoring data integrity and reliability, developing tools for data integration and management reporting, and supporting the monthly finance closing process.
? Support finance and healthcare information systems team in long-term data warehousing project, aimed to achieve full data integration from multiple systems.
? Support analysis and tracking of capital expenditure for both operations and development projects.
? Analyzing actual expenditures and revenue to determine reason for overrun or under run of budgets.
? Review expenditures of requisitioning cost centers to insure conformance to budgetary limitations.
? Maintains records of expenses, actual operating figures for comparison with estimated budget and budget balances.
? Compiling regular and special statistical reports, prepares forecasts and analyzes trends, for example:
o Daily Operating indicator report, Daily Census, Daily Revenue report
o Monthly P&L report by department with budget comparison
o Monthly Special Indicator Report
o Monthly Projections
o Monthly MOR report
o Monthly AR &AP days calculation
o Quarterly operational review presentation package
o Quarterly Statistics Trends by department
o Labor Cost analysis
? Other projects and duties as assigned

? Bachelor degree in Finance or Accounting, Master degree preferred
? At least 3 years’ financial analysis or accounting experience
? Big Four, pharmaceutical or healthcare facility experience preferred
? Exceptional Excel and PowerPoint skills, with ability to work with all Excel functions and develop complex templates.
? Good command of English both written and spoken.
