MISSION :

• The Financial Analyst provides support for the Business Partner Controllers in business lines.
• He/she reports directly to a manager of a Shared Services Center (CESP).
• He/she works closely with the Business Partner controllers (BPCs) and the business teams under his/her responsibility.
  

KEY EXPECTED ACHIEVEMENTS：

• Fulfillment of obligations of Service Level Agreement (SLA / OLA)
• In depth analysis of collected data (actuals and forecast), strong understanding of sales effect and good management of rebates.
• Formats and items necessary to develop reforecasts for all the indicators of the entity (sales, margin, SG&A, Net profit).
• Preparation of the presentation documentation of the business reviews, pilco, G2M, Commercial dashboard, etc.
• Internal control check in line with group policy. Optimize business process if needed.
• Promotion of the standardization of methods and procedures, and support for customer entities with the progress actions adopted in the CESP.
• Strong support for RTM project with business model set up and frequent follow up.

Qualification:

• Analysis with retail experience is preferred.
• Fluent in English and good communication skills.
• Good team spirit
• Quick learner
• Database usage (Access, Excel)
• Major in Finance/Accounting/Statistics
• At least Bachelor degree
