Job Responsibilities:

Monthly Analysisand Reports

• Prepares/consolidates financial reports and schedules for month-end, quarterly, year-end closings.

• Analysis & investigate reasons of significant variances and take proper action if needed.

• Assists in establishment and monitoring of Key Performance Indicators for business.

• Annual OperatingPlan and Quarterly Forecast

Own SG&A Budget and Quarterly Forecast.

• Prepare monthly Expense tracking for Actual vs Plan/Update benchmark by departments to ensure budget are under control.

Other ad hocprojects from management team.

Job Requirement:

• University Graduatein Finance or Accounting with Professional Qualification

• Minimum 4years of financial analysis experience in multinational companies, and experience inBIG 4 and retail industry is preferred

• Working knowledgein ERP systems and proficiency in Excel spreadsheet and presentationskills

• Can workindependently and set priorities to meet tight reporting timelines

• Result orientatedand proactive attitude
