The Job

Operational support:

• Lease management - conduct feasibility study for lease renewal/ termination/ new sites and maintain lease management system
• Business partnering - Providing financial advice and support to the operating departments
• Perform detailed analysis of business performance and departmental spending
• Conduct feasibility study for company investments
• Prepare forecast, budget and management reports
• Review key terms and conditions of contracts
• Act as Finance representative in various projects to implement business initiatives

The Person

• Degree holder in Business/ Accounting/ Finance, Qualified Accountant
• At least 3 years of work experience, inclusion of Big 4, retail / FMCG experience is a plus
• Passionate in retail industry
• Independent, strong analytical mind & detail oriented with good business acumen
• Good team player
• Presentable, good command of spoken and written English / Chinese
• Experience in SAP/ HFM, proficient in Excel
