Management and financial reporting

• Ensure timely and accurate monthly, quarterly and annual management reports, including consolidation of actual and forecasted financial results, and tracking of actual variance against forecast/budget.

Budget and forecast

• Work closely with other functions in assisting execution of budget and forecast processes.
• Assist in developing forecasting tools when required.
• Assist with compilation and analysis of consolidated forecasts and long term plans.
• Coordinate the implementation of forecasting tools cross-functionally and take in-charge of maintaining the tools.
• Identify actual variance against forecast/budget, investigate causes of variance and report to Finance controller.

Financial analysis

• Sales& Margin performance tracking& review.
• Perform specific analysis to identify areas for improvements and provide management with reports and updates on findings, including sales and margin analysis, working capital analysis (i.e. inventory, AR, AP aging), CAPEX & OPEX analysis, business KPIs etc.
• Assist with the process improvement across departments (Merchant, Logistics, Marketing etc.)

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting ,CPA or ACCA is a plus.
• Minimum 3 years of FP&A working experience in MNCs, especially in retail or FMCG.
• Proficiency with ERP or other financial software, especially for Excel / Access / Power point.
• Strong analytical and presentation skills, attention to details.
• Highly motivated, working independently and would like accept challengeable jobs.
• Good communication skills in across functions.
• Excellent English and Chinese written and verbal communication skills.
