The candidate will be assiting Microscopy Controller to review, analyze and report the financial result and deliver actionable ad-vice and recommendations based on findings to drive financial performance of business unit.

Typical Responsibilities include:

l Working as an assistant tor RMS Contoller, responsible for the deliverables of RMS Taiwan & Hong Kong business performance monthly reports;

l On the completition of above mentioned tasks, the candidate will have chances to extend the hirozon and be enganged in the similar month-end & other tasks from other business units;

l Provide practical & timly counsel to drive sufficient support to RMS Taiwan & Hong Kong business/ service controlling issues on demand;

l Liaise with Accounting team/ RMS operation team to ensure smooth & error-free delivery of financial result;

l Other adhoc tasks.

Requirements

l Bachelor degree with major in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration or equivalent qualification discipline

l 2+ years controlling, financial planning & analysis experience;

l Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices and procedures;

l Experience in trading company, experience with handling sales & marketing will be a plus.

Job Description

Main Tasks

l RMS Hong Kong controlling:

Tasks including revenue analysis, operational performance analysis, and monthly management report analysis, highlight business issues to the management, and proactively identify opportunities and issue proposals for operational/financial improvements to aid the business, at least completing annual targets.

l RMS Taiwan controlling;

Simiar analysis will take place in the context of Taiwan region. With highlight of Taiwan unique operational background, the candidate is require to provide thoughtful insight & practical improvement to the mission site, towards the annual targets and sustainable operation success.

l BU Service controlling:

BU Service, as one of the three functions in any BU, is the key to deliver initial/ consistent customer satisfication and enhanceing brand value, which is well aligned with ZEISS’s vision and aspirations, as enshrined in the cornerstones of the ZEISS Agenda 2020. Candidate will take up tasks of service productivity & profitibility tracking of BU Service in both Microscopy and one other business unit.
