主要职责Key Responsibilities

财务分析员将为上海迪士尼度假区的商品业务进行分析并提供财务支持。主要职责包括但不限于建立和维护财务分析模型以支持关键业务决策、商业案例开发、试算模型分析，通过监控销售成本、存货、人力和运营支出进行预算管理，为管理团队制作业务分析报告，并为商品团队提供日常业务支持譬如跟踪和处理月度结算、内部成本结转、物品购物订单审查等。

Financial Analysts support the F&B line of business by providing analytical, financial, and business support to Shanghai Disney Resort. Primary responsibilities include but not limited to development and ownership of financial models and analyses to support key business decisions, budget management through monitoring and controlling of cost of sales (COS), inventory, labor and operating expenses, creation of regular business analysis reports to the management team, daily business support to F&B team such as tracking and processing monthly closing, internal cost transfer, accrual, goods purchase order review, etc..

资格要求Required Qualifications

• 硕士学历并拥有外企财务领域1-2年工作经验，或者本科学位并拥有外企相关领域2-3年工作经验; 相关领域包括项目财务，运营财务，财务/商业计划分析， 财务报告，财务管理与控制和会计

• 商业或财务相关领域学术成绩拔尖，学习了大量财务课程

• 善于协调沟通，在公司层面以简洁、积极地方式传递关键信息

• 责任心强，能在规定时限内处理多项任务，自主准确地行使责任

• 熟练掌握定量分析和财务建模，具有问题解决和关键性思维技能

• 逻辑思维能力强，关注细节

• 书面和口头沟通能力强，具有分析数据并诠释数据的能力

• 适应跨国公司中复杂而多样化的业务部门，在以项目团队为导向的环境中工作

• 熟练使用微软办公自动化软件 (如：Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)，熟识财务系统(如：SAP)，能够快速学习和运用新技能/系统

• 中英文口头和书面均流利

• Master’s degree in related field and 1-2 years of MNC experience, or Bachelor’s degree and 2-3 years relevant MNC experience in project finance, operations finance, financial planning, business planning or development, financial and/or management reporting, accounting, and/or corporate finance

• Top academic achievement with major in a business/finance-related field with significant finance coursework

• Demonstrated partnering and communication skills, convey key elements at the organizational structure level in a concise and positive manner

• Strong sense of responsibility and the ability to meet deadlines, handle multiple priorities and perform job responsibilities accurately with minimal supervision

• Advanced proficiency in quantitative analysis, problem solving, and financial modeling

• Demonstrated organizational skills with attention to detail

• Refined written and verbal communication skills, with ability to extract and explain the “story” from the data

• Ability to work in a project team-oriented environment in a complex and diverse business unit of a multi-national company

• Strong computer skills (e.g. Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook), with knowledge of financial systems (e.g. SAP) and software with the ability to quickly learn and apply new skills and techniques

• Fluent in spoken and written Chinese and English

期望资质Desired Qualifications

• SAP或其它财务/ERP系统经验 (譬如Longview, BusinessObjects)

• 商品业相关知识或经验

• Expert with SAP or other Financial/ERP system (e.g. Longview, BusinessObjects)

• Knowledge or work experience in F&B related field
