Role and Responsibility

• Support APJ LSG Genetic Science Division and Clinical Next-Gen Sequencing Division commercial leader and the vertical market commercial leaders in terms of finance planning and analytical work streams including:
  • Monthly Forecast
  • Monthly & Quarterly Business Review
  • Annual Operations Plan
  • 5-Year Strategic Plan
• Monitoring monthly closing process comparing to landing estimation, ensure revenue recognition and reporting is properly processed.
• Build quarterly commercial scorecard for commercial leaders’ performance review
• Work together with commercial leaders to drive for higher organic growth
• Continuously looking for opportunities of process improvement, optimize sales productivity
• Support ad hoc reports and analysis

Minimum Requirement

• Good commercial sense and comfortable navigating through matrix organization
• Comfortable with communicating with senior management and cross function
• Good communication and presentation skill
• Comfortable with dealing with ambiguity
• Self-motivated and result driven
• Good team player and willing to be part of a diligent & hard working team
• Strong sense on numbers and proficient in excel. Willing to start from basic analytical work, build solid foundation in FP&A. Comfortable with deal large amount of data and multiple systems
• Capable of learning new things and able to learn on the fly.
• Candidate with finance and accounting knowledge or background is preferred.
