Job Description
**This position can be based at any Siemens Healthineers facility**

The Financial Analyst 3 position is a great opportunity to demonstrate analytical skills while working closely with the CFI,CSC , Performance Controlling and Business Line and Accounting.  The position is demanding, fast-paced and interacts with all levels of management. 

This Financial Analyst 3 position will be responsible for providing accounting/controlling support to CSC and CFI in order to achieve the targeted financial goals.  This position will also be expected to support continuous process improvements  and produce KPI specific to processes related to Offer to Order and  Order to Cash.  This will require effective collaboration with other team members and stakeholders within the Support Functions, CFI, and CSC teams  and strict adherence to deadlines/deliverables, while balancing the need for accuracy and efficiency throughout all aspects of the work.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Financial Analyst will support the following:
  • Revenue Modelling and Budgeting and Forecasting of Invivo Revenue
  • KPI’s around Backlog and monthly analysis to help support drive Revenue
  • Support the controlling tasks related to Installations, SG&A and Cost center expenses
  • Prepare quarterly package for Backlog and Revenue giving the overview of Business
  • Margin Analysis on DCS deals and creating a mini P&L for DCS
  • Month Close entries and Support Reconciliations related to IFRS 15.
  • Support operational improvements and Productivity projects
  • Resolve operational issues, as and when required, with IT, CSC and CFI.
  • Creating Dashboards and KPI’s for different processes.
  • Provide support for Internal and External Audits.

Knowledge/Skills, Education and Experience:
  • High energy level with a hands-on approach to support a fast paced, dynamic environment
  • Attention to detail, organized and desire for continuous improvement and innovation
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong systems attitude and proficiency, including expert Excel and SAP skills
  • Strong Problem solving skills.
  • Business Objects Qlik and PowerBI experience is preferred
  • BS/BA in Finance, Accounting or related degree.
