Job Description
| Job Title: Financial Analyst (Associate: 12 month TFP Program) |
| Core Responsibilities: |
| · Provide Opex and headcount report, forecast/AOP tools and templates to country |
| · Analysis & Consolidation of month-end APJ LSG Commercial Opex both country & Division |
| · Opex KPI (Cost per head, Opex scaling) Analysis |
| · Focal point for APJ LSG Commercial cost center creation |
| · Prepare the Monthly/Quarterly Opex reports/analysis/ACLT deck to be presented to the LSG Leadership team |
| · High level of interaction with Commercial & cross functional teams. |
| Other deliverables: |
| · Consolidate the financial forecasts, analyze and report on Actuals vs AOP |
| · Ensure the quality, transparency and timeliness of financial reporting and analytics |
| · Drive meaningful, action oriented analysis to enable the team to drive improved business results |
| · Establish and improve performance metrics to drive business improvement and better decision-making |
