You will be responsible for performance controlling activities, work in a fast-paced environment, coordinate deadlines and deliverables for actuals reporting, forecasting, planning, and ad-hoc requests. Success factors will be identifying and implementing process and quality enhancements, prioritizing and multitask, and delivering quality outputs to various levels of management. The role will have the possibility to grow into a critical role for divisional financial projects. Key responsibilities: Understand and manage journal entries and financial reporting processes in SAP Support division management decisions by proper analysis Clear communication and quality presentation to Division management Contributor and coordinator of divisional forecast and budget planning Target setting and tracking against incentive plans Analysis/Auditing of monthly actuals, compare against forecast, budget, and other key figures, and provide proper commentary to Management Identifies problem areas and can apply advanced techniques to diagnose and deliver solutions quickly Required Knowledge/Skills/Education: BS/BA in related field or advanced degree. Certification may be required in some areas. Demonstrates a proven grasp of knowledge and principles of the field of specialization and applies through successful completion of assignments. Successfully applies knowledge of fundamental concepts, practices, and procedures of a particular area of specialization. Typically 2-5 years of successful experience in related field and successful demonstration of Key Responsibilities and Knowledge as presented above.
