Eaton’s Bussmann division is currently seeking a Financial Analyst to join our team. This position is based at our Juarez facility. The Financial Analyst is responsible for financial analysis and revision of any financial impact in capital, balance sheet or P&L, review the bank statements to identify not recognized movements, ensure all the intercompany movements are applied correctly. In this role, you will: Prepare of Productivity and Scrap Reports and Make hourly productivity adjustments as required by supervisors. Verify that the controls are in place to safeguard the scrap. Prepare the Balance Sheet Reconciliations for ledgers Identifying trends in financial performance and providing recommendations for improvement Review and apply all the supplier credits (buss process) Work closely with operations team to reconcile cost savings and provide area of opportunities Research, compile and analyze financial data; present summarized results and recommendations to management. Constantly review processes and controls for improvements. Focus on Inventory controls areas such as outside services (Plating/Alfa Kronos) and Wesco tool Crip. Prepare closing, forecast and profit planning process. Maintain standard and current costs for products manufactured at plant. Participate on cost roll up process. Analyze expense accounts to make sure any expense is recorded on time Prepare Monthly accruals Perform other duties and projects as required by management. Minimum 3 years of experience of financial accounting in a manufacturing environment. Computer knowledge: Word, Power Point, Visio, etc. Excellent time management and organizational ability. Ability to multitask and meet constant deadlines. English Language 75% Preferred Qualifications: Well-developed written communication skills Good interpersonal skills; able to work well with a wide range of people.
