1/ SAP Master Data Maintenance:

Keep maintenance of the following master data in SAP upon update:

• Vendor/customer contract term;

• Payment term;

• Selling price to distributors when there is new distributor/ price change/ internal sales price change

2/ Order Related Operation:

• Credit limit check

• Order release

• Discount

3/ Monthly Closing:

• G/L manual entries

• Reporting

• Reconciliation on Magnitude reports

4/ Monthly Dashboard Communication:

• Trade spending track;

• COGS/VAT check

• Long aging balance check

5/ Trade Spending Check and Reconciliation:

• Check on the supporting documents in line with TP claims from the distributors;

• Reconcile actual settlement status with SOP team on a monthly base.

6/ VAT Invoice Issuance

Solid accounting knowledge;

Practical experience and familiarity in SAP and Excel;

Experience in FMCG companies is a plus.

3-4 Yr University graduate

Accounting major is preferred
