What will you do? Completes/Performs budget planning, financial planning, actual-versus-plan-analysis, benchmarking, forecasting and reporting activities, for the management of an assigned organization unit. Responsibilities • Tracking of VAT refund. • Tracking of possible hedging impacts. • Control of support functions charges. • Responsible for Cost and Profit Center controlling. • Month end activities including but not limited to margin analysis, journal entries, allocation, and balance sheet reviews. • Generating basic journal entries within the monthly closing process. • Execute monthly country Reports (aligned with reporting calendar), validates information vs. official reports and coordinates consolidation of financial commentaries. • Act as a digital/agile ambassador and translate fresh tools, processes, and digital ideas to everyday tasks. • You will be involved in driving forward finance digitalization topics across the organization. What will you need to succeed? • 3+ years of related professional experience. • High proficiency in MS Excel and SAP is a must- additional digitalization tools are a plus. • Proficiency in Power BI and PowerPoint. • Strong appreciation for the importance of ensuring accuracy in all levels of financial reporting. • Ability and desire to plan, control, and contribute to solving problems. • Strong sense of ownership for process improvements and internal digitalization of processes, ideally with prior exposure to data analysis.
