Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare Group’s monthly consolidated financial statements and financial analysis within the timelines
• Prepare analtical review on subsidiaries' financial reports to ensure accuracy
• Perform month-end closing and financial statement of investment companies
• Assist to streamline and automation of group financial reporting system
• Assist to complete interim and annual audit
• Review Group's capital expenditure and reporting
• Oversee accounting and finance matters for Philippines operations
• Improve Group's financial control system to safdguard the assets
• Ad hoc assignments

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Accounting and Member of ACCA/HKICPA or equivalent
• At least 3 years’ relevant experience; Solid experience in group consolidation for sizable corporation is a must
• Experience in system application and automation of the consolidation system (e.g. Oracle/ SAP) would be an asset.
• Auditing experience in sizable accounting firm (e.g. Big 4) is preferable
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards and taxation in Hong Kong
• Good analytical mind, self-driven, able to work under pressure and good communication and interpersonal skill
• Proficiency in PC knowledge and familiar with MS Office suit
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Immediately available is highly preferred
