工作职责：

1. Develop annual operational & strategic plans, quarterly business review and monthly forecasts in close coordination with relevant departments and management team.
与相关部门和管理团队紧密协作，制定年度经营和战略计划，季度业务回顾和月度预测。
2. Take operational analysis, identify any risks or opportunities to ensure the commitment of operational plan.
进行业务分析，识别任何风险或机会，以确保业务计划的承诺。
3. Manage and improve the budget/forecast process, standardize the reporting package (comply with Boeing and COMAC), and build up financial modes on business needs.
管理和改进预算/预测流程，规范化报告程序(符合波音和中国商飞)，并根据业务需求建立财务模式。
4. Provide information to the senior management of the company for reference.
向公司高层提供信息以供参考。
5. Participate in the preparation of long-term operational plan.
参与制定长期经营计划。
6. Ramco configuration and setup for Management accounting.
管理会计的Ramco配置和设置。
7. Support special projects, as assigned by JV Finance management.
支持合资公司财务管理安排的特殊项目。

岗位要求：

Required必备的资质与技能
1. Must have the right to work in China; does not require sponsorship for employment visa currently and in the future.

2. At least 5 years relevant financial working experience in manufacturing Company, at least 3 years’ experience in related.
至少5年制造企业财务相关工作经验，至少3年相关工作经验。
3. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skill.
优秀的分析和解决问题的技能。
4. Demonstrate ability to apply problem solving skill, identify cost drivers and effective cross-functional communicate.
展示运用问题解决技巧的能力，识别成本驱动因素和有效的跨职能沟通。
5. Able to works under pressure and strong communication skill.
能够在压力下工作，具备突出的沟通技巧。
6. Positive attitude, fast learner and strong ability of multi-tasking.
工作态度积极，学习能力强，具有较强的多任务处理能力。
7. Good communication (written and spoken) skill in English.
良好的英语沟通能力（写作和交流）。

8. MNC or Big 4 experience or Aircraft &Aerospace manufacture industry is preferred.
具有跨国公司或四大的工作经验，或航空航天制造业尤佳。
9. Working knowledge of ERP business system with multiple currency reporting capability.
熟悉ERP业务系统，具备多种货币报表能力。

10. A qualified CA/CPA/CMA is preferred.
***持有CA/CPA/CMA证书。
