Job Description
Report to the manager, the Financial Analyst performs monthly and quarterly forecast, annual budget, variance analysis and preparing management reports on operations analysis of Hong Kong Disneyland.

- Produce various management reports and presentation materials with analysis and commentary, to fulfil needs for internal and external stakeholders
- Collect and compile information from multiple sources to support the development of Annual Operating Plan and Long Term Plan
- Assist managers in handling day to day operational activities. (Examples include: Support ad hoc analysis, maintain and enhance financial models and professional headcount database)
Basic Qualifications :
- Bachelor degree in Finance/Accounting or Business related discipline
- Finalist of professional accounting bodies such as HKICPA / ACCA / CFA / CPA is preferred
- 3 years relevant working experience in financial planning & analysis or business planning & analysis
- Analytical mindset, attention to details / strong synthesis and data organization skills
- Independent, self-starter and team player
- Fluent in English and Cantonese
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
- Candidates with less experiences would be considered as Associate Financial Analyst
