For our Finance department in Stuttgart we are looking for a Financial Analyst
(m/f/d) supporting Central Region (Germany, Austria & Switzerland). You will
be one of the focal points for financial reporting & business analysis with a
focus on OPEX Management, Accounts payable process as well as the weekly
business management system and Annual Planning cycle.

The Finance and Planning Analyst will:
• Assume full ownership of the Regional Accounts Payable Process & Execution
(oversight of the procure to pay process); guide and manage the outsourced
functions to drive full compliance, on time payments
• End 2 end ownership of Copyright levy, accrual, recording, reconciliation
and payment to the collecting societies
• Act as BMS 3.0 Focal Point for DACH Finance, consolidate and submit inputs
and ensure interlock with EMEA HQs; drive usage of additional BMS 3.0 Features
within the Finance Community in DACH (educate peers)
• Identify any controls issues and driving improvements to close any gaps
• Support Audit/tax compliance activity as required and ad-hoc projects
• Lead in the delivery of the Controllable Expense actual, budget and forecast
processes for all business models and markets (i.e. Germany/Austria &
Switzerland)
• Support the DACH Controllers to Reconcile weekly, monthly and quarterly
outlooks & results, provide commentary and recommendations
• Lead the Budget (Winterplan) Process and act as focal point for the DACH
markets – ensure tight  interlock with HQ and the market Leadership teams
• Interlock with Accenture team on AP issues, using a weekly Masterfile of
open tickets and follow up calls (follow up and follow through all payment
issues)
• Ensure timely payment of all AP items preventing penalties / service
suspensions
• Interact closely with the local focal points (Zurich, Vienna) and guide them
to seamless execution of payments
• Lead the Monthly Expense Forecast reviews w/ WW Expense F&P (challenge,
question, align)
• Support the achievement of the FY20/21 Expense Savings Target under Project
“Cameo”
• Perform monthly check & Balance and highlight out of line situations to
management
• Ensure timely and accurate copyright accrual and reconciliation
• End 2 end ownership of ICA setup and billing, NSB, ZBIL end 2 end process
including the financial impact / reconciliation
• Support Audit/tax compliance activity as required and ad-hoc project

#### Position Requirements:


• Degree in Finance and/or Business Administration with a strong analytical
discipline
• Excellence in problem solving & analytical skills
• Proactive and dedicated team player, ability to work in small and a wider
global team
• Organized and methodical person with logical approach in addressing issues
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Ability to grasp complex systems and procedures
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Fluent German and English is a must
• Operational support experience particularly in a Sales and Marketing
environment
