About The Role:
We are looking for a new colleague, who would help us mainly with controlling, reporting and other administrative tasks for the various branches of RWS Group. The goal is to provide correct and complete information about assigned areas, which are basis for the decision-making within the company. If you are communicative, detail-oriented person, who would like to gain experience in finance field, do not hesitate to send us your CV!

Responsibilities:

  • Controlling of financial data related to foreign branches in assigned areas
  • Occasionally report on assigned areas (revenues, spends, project results etc.), prepare the reports, distribute in the company, explain the report to users in the company
  • Assist on budget preparation, check the reality and completeness of the budget, keeping deadlines
  • Report the financial results of the assigned branches
  • Co-operate and communicates with the colleagues in the department and whole company.
  • Provide the financial support to the representatives of other department, management team, PMs etc.
  • Keep evidence of important documents and contracts of the assigned branches

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in controlling is a big advantage
  • Relevant education (Economics or Finance) 
  • Good knowledge of English both written and spoken - you will be using it every day
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel 
  • Proactivity, good communication skills
  • Responsibility and ability to organize your work in a fast-paced environment
