We are seeking a motivated pro-active professional with passion and drive for results to join our dedicated and dynamic hotel Team as Financial Controller.

 

About the role

Reporting to the General Manager, you are responsible for the overall function of effective and efficient operation of the Finance department. You should have proven record of strong and open communication lines with GM, Regional Financial Controllers and Owners. You will also ensure that you have experience in working with Senior Management to maximise departmental profits.

To be successful in this role you'll have demonstrated excellence in these fields at a similar level as well as outstanding internal stakeholder and owner management, understanding of brand delivery and the ability to impact and influence the overall business agenda and execution. You'll bring great knowledge and experience, be forward thinking and inspirational with a warm and approachable manner.  

What we need from you

To be successful in this role you will demonstrate accountability for all financial information sent to General Manager, Accor and owners in accuracy and detail along with timely and accurate completion of all weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports. You will demonstrate accountability for the compilation of the annual budgets and monthly forecasting. You will demonstrate experience in areas including but not limited to  payroll, auditing and the ability to improve and streamline procedures.
