Financial Controller As the Financial Controller you will lead the support function financial and commercial activities for the Siemens Nordics Companies (Sweden, Finland, Norway and Denmark). You will be the main finance business partner towards the CFO, taking full ownership for the country support functions (HR, Communications, Regional Company Management, EHS and RIC) and also will provide general oversight of the other central areas such as Governance, Supply Chain, Pension, Treasury, Financial Services. What are my responsibilities? Support function controlling for the Nordics countries (Sweden, Finland, Norway and Denmark), including oversight for other central costs control, ensuring a full end to end view for the region. Using Siemens’ consolidated reporting tool, you have the ownership of the P&L, balance sheet and cash flow for your support function areas, ensuring data consistency with Global Business Services’ internal reporting tools. Manage the strategic planning of the support functions, delivering their annual budgets and regular forecasts. Provide input and management judgments during the monthly SAP system closing in alignment with the Function heads. You will take responsibility for financial results at all levels, so cost centre, function, depth structure, division, entity. Drive implementation of a harmonised commercial approach for R2R Commercial Services areas, e.g., commercial value flow, reporting categories, authorisation protocol, contract management. Qualified accountant / qualified by experience, proven ability to influence stakeholders and comfortable working within a matrix and on cross-functional projects Advanced in Microsoft Office products Advanced user of SAP Well versed in international accounting policies and practices, internal controls, compliance, and values Fluent in English and Swedish As a person you can work independently as well as in a team and based on your experience you have the ability to make decisions and set priorities. You have good analytical and modeling skills and are comfortable in explaining and presenting to all stakeholders, regardless of their financial understanding. You have a good attention to detail but also know when it's good enough and when to focus on the bigger picture, thereby setting a good example for your colleagues throughout the organization.
