We are looking for a Financial Controller with strong accounting and tax knowledge, self-organization skills, attention to details, ability to work with different partners (local and foreign) and under time pressure, a team player, independent work capabilities, fast data learning, and multi-tasking abilities. Join our Finance team in Israel. Role and Responsibilities: What role will you play? You'll be a member of the local finance team responsible for local compliance and supporting to local sales organization. You will drive the accurate execution of the team's tasks and serve as key contact for support and clarifications. Year-end audits- Lead the coordination and preparation of the financial statement of the company in accordance with GAAP and company policies. Monitor local regulations and ensure completeness and correctness of statutory reporting Be familiar with corporate guidance, procedures, and policies across the organization - Assist in the formulation of internal controls and policies and establish best practices Support monthly and quarterly closing process Assist and coordinate the Annual Budget Preparation and monitoring Support the monthly forecast process, including Act vs Budget analysis for the Legal entity and Business functions including KPI reporting to management Support preparation of tax reports and tax matters Provide professional training, guidance and direction to the team and internal customers where required to ensure correct implementation and compliance of books and records including the support of the business in clarification of accounting and mandatory matters Responsible for mandatory reporting (Bank of Israel; IIA and others) Assist with special projects and ad-hoc requests, as necessary Reporting to the CFO We don’t need superheroes, just super minds! The successful candidate will possess the following combination of education and experience: Bachelor’s degree in accounting. 3 years of post-internship experience; experience in global companies – a preference Experience in Israeli GAAP and IFRS. You must have ability to handle multiple projects, meet tight deadlines in a matrix-structured organization Fluent in English and Hebrew (written and verbal) – essential You must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills – an ability to develop effective working relationship with internal and external interfaces CPA from Big 4 qualified – an advantage.
