This position will be reporting to HK-based CFO with key financial information, operational and peers’ analytics and driving culture of accountability in managing the business.

1.Leading all Finance functions in mainland, including treasury and tax.

2. Assure timely and accurate financial reporting in compliance with PRC GAAP, HKFRS/IFRS and other regulatory, tax jurisdiction or lender requirements.

3. Lead and evaluate the Finance team for continuous improvement of the efficiency and effectiveness of the Group as well as provide individuals with professional and personal growth.

4.To communicate effectively with internal BU and departments as well as liaise with external parties such as business consultants, auditors, valuers, tax advisors, lawyers, bankers, etc..

5.Oversee the development and continuous improvement of the company’s internal financial reporting package, cost accounting data, margin analysis and cash flow projections.

6. Develop tools and systems to measure important financial and operational information, and drive performance metrics against both the annual budget and Company’s long-term strategy.

7.Provide analytical insight into the financial condition of the organization including cash flow analysis and forecasts.

8.Serve as a principal financial liaison to legal counsel to ensure all contracts and agreements are prepared in accordance with financial goals and standards.

9.Maintain and improve financial procedures and coordinate annual financial audits and preparation of all tax returns and documentation.

10. Ensure the Company's financial results are presented in a timely and accurate manner, with proactive commentary included to support decision making.

11.Direct the production of understandable and actionable financial management information to support decision processes and continuous improvement.

12.Provide leadership for ongoing evaluation of short and long-term financial objectives.

13.Provide insights in respect of financial implications of the business activities to the management.

14.Evaluate and advise on the financial impact of strategic planning and new programs/strategies.

15.Establish and maintain strong relationships with the management so as to identify their financial needs and seek full range of business solutions.

16.Be an advisor on all matters relating to Mergers & Acquisitions, capital expenditures and risk management.

17.Set up, maintain and improve internal control function and its process.

18.Safeguard the Company’s assets and oversee the financial systems and routines to strengthen the control environment.

19.Assure adequate liquidity for continued operations, capital expenditures and acquisitions.

任职资格要求：

1.Candidate must be a FC now, or acting as a FC, and being responsible for all financial and accounting activities including financial reporting, management accounting, treasury, tax planning, internal control, ERP implementation, finance staff career path setting and coaching, etc..

2.Frequent travel to DG office is required especially in the first few months of the employment.

3.Bachelor’s degree, and majored in Finance/ Accounting is a must, MBA or Master is a plus.

4.Certified Public Accountant (注册会计师) or other equivalent financial designation is a plus.

5.Over 15 years’ experience at financial, treasury, costing, budget and tax planning/saving, of which at least 8 years at management position.

6.Managerial experience in a sales and service sector of engineered goods is likely the best fit but other industries will be considered.

7.Experience in successfully managing finance teams in different geographical locations of total headcounts over 30 is an advantage.
