Requirements

Strong leadership, supervisory & interpersonal skills

Proactive, independent and good analytical mind

Passion in people and organization development

CPA with degree in Accountancy

Over 10 years related accounting / auditing experience in PRC trading / retailing / manufacturing sector

Familiar with both HK and PRC Accounting and Tax Rules & Regulations

Experience in IPO, M&A, and ERP system

Good command of spoken and written English & Chinese, fluent Putonghua

Frequent traveling to PRC offices and overseas is required

Responsibilities
In-charge of the accounting team and reporting to the Board of Directors.The successful candidate is required to

Lead the HK & PRC accounting teams

Establish quality and standard for future expansion

Participate in key projects (IPO, M&A, Group’s investment, etc) to support management in growth and development

Interest in people development in knowledge, work and life

Enthusiastic in building a continuous learning and wellness organization

Oversee accounting, financial and management reporting, consolidation, budgetary control, tax compliance, cash management, transfer pricing activities and audit matters

Execute projects assigned by the Board of Directors
