Currently we’re looking for a Financial Controller to join our team in London.

Candidate will be actively involved in financial controlling of offices in London, Hong Kong, Estonia, Stockholm and Shanghai.

Responsibilities
1. Controlling activities (Sales portfolio analysis, analysis of sales contribution margins, analysis of pricing, cost-of-sales, directly related variable costs; definition of company's financial KPI and their monitoring).
2. Full cycle accounting functions: Responsibility of Accounts Receivables and Payables management; accounts reconciliation, payroll functions etc.
3. Complete Reporting and Accounting Closing responsibility for all entities of Swedbrand Group
- Preparation of statutory financial statements (balance sheet, P&L, cash flow statement) in agreement with local tax and audit requirements
- Preparation of company’s complete Business Reporting including analysis of sales, margins, operating expenses, financial statements, cash flow, products and customers portfolio analysis
- Preparation of consolidated financial statements
- Month-End closing process for internal reporting
4. Perform daily bookkeeping transactions
5. Cash flow and Credit management
- Continuous analysis and forecast of company's cash flow position and cash revenues/liabilities tracking
- Monitoring and evaluation of company's customers and suppliers portfolio payment structure
- Complete responsibility of banking operations (payments, collection)
6. Continuous improvement of management software, ERP development and liaison with IT
7. Input in fulfillment of legal and tax obligations of entire Swedbrand Group
8. Periodically liaison with external auditors and consultants
9. Monitor Company’s internal control system
10. Other ad-hoc duties requested by Management

Requirements
• University graduate in Accounting or Finance.
• 2+years accounting/audit experience
• Excellent self-organization skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work independently
• High detail and accuracy oriented
• Excellent skills in Microsoft Office (especially in Excel)
• Fluency in English oral and written
• Must be self-directed and innovative, able to effectively prioritize tasks with good time management skills
• Blend in international working atmospheres.
