Your tasks and responsibilities: Accounting and Reporting (Management and Financial) You will oversee the accounting and finance operations of a company. You will collaborate with Accounting Hub, manage accounting records and responsible to produce financial reports on time and in accordance with IFRS and local GAAP. You will be responsible to provide robust and clear value-added variance analysis for every financial parameter, comparing to budget/latest forecast, and commentary on the operations, business performance, issues, and initiatives. You will manage the operational cost properly through stringent monitoring within the budget. You have to ensure Trial Balance hygiene including reconciliation and movement analysis from one to another financial period. Budgeting and Forecasting You will perform and formulate company budgets and forecasting in ensuring that all financial parameter are in line with projected revenue. You will be responsible to coordinate the budgeting and forecasting process across stakeholders, including with ASN RHQ You have to ensure timeliness and accuracy of budget and forecasting submission, including assumptions and analysis. Audit, Tax, and Risk Management You have to ensure that statutory audit is performed on timely and accurately to provide accurate judgement of the company financial statement. Have experiences in working with internal and external stakeholders, able to understand business acumen and strong business partnering skill Your attributes and skills: Good communication skills, ability to articulate and explain the story behind numbers Fluent in Indonesian and English language, written and verbal. Strong in analytical skill.
