Responsibilities:

• Report to Board of Directors
• Manage audit process, statutory and tax filings
• Liaise with external auditors, IRD, banks etc.
• Address operation issues and ensure compliance with corporate laws, tax laws
• Review and prepare various financial and managements reports, including management accounts, cost management report, financial performance analysis, budgets and forecasts, for management in making business decisions
• Supervise and support financial control of the group including financial and management reporting to business needs, budget policies and procedures
• Provide professional advice on company’s financial management strategy

• Degree holder in Accounting/ Finance/ Business with CPA or CFA qualification
• At least 5 years of experience in both Big 4 firms and commercial environment
• Strong people management, leadership and communication skills
• Good command of both written and spoken Chinese and English
