Location: France - Montrottier JOB SUMMARY: Your main role will be the finance coordination within Eaton eMobility branch for the EMEA headquarters. You will be responsible for reporting, planning and forecasting all functional costs as well as compliance with SOX and internal audit. You will have a focus on reporting and communication to senior leaders. Additionaly, you will be repsonsible for budgets and costs for new programs in Eaton eMobility for the EMEA region. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Ensure cost control for the site Vs profit plan/prior forecast expectations. Ensure that all standards and reporting activities are timely and accurate. Improve the forecast accuracy for the profit plan process construcition. Support standardization of processes, along with the management review process in the plants. Ensure effective communication to stakeholders, with appropriate ad-hoc reports and analyses issued timely and accurately. Strict coordination with other inter-company ledgers to make sure that all IC transactions are registered timely, accurately and with the proper supporting documentation. Achieve zero non-compliance issues. Support site new projects including standardization and continious improvement. FP&A activities for eMobility EMEA. #LI-JN1 Qualifications Qualifications: Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration; MBA preferred Minimum of 3-5 years in finance controlling. Experience in large multi-national manufacturing organizations with complex matrix structures. Operational finance experience onsite (>3 years) and solid accounting knowledge. You speak fluently french and english, polish is appreciated.
