Responsibilities: - 

• Lead and develop regional finance team to perform effective and efficient control and support to business to identify and classify the relevant Market opportunity and profitability
• Monitor and support our Regional finance operation for the accurate and timely reporting, analysis, credit control and expenses control
• Support the budget planning and results tracking, work with team members to understand revenue and cost drivers and define appropriate reports for tracking
• Monitor PRC and overseas countries to comply with applicable approved accounting standards, corporate policies and procedures
• Assist to streamline policies and procedure to improve efficiency in business flow
• Perform the Advertisement & Promotion expenses control, support Sales and Marketing team for sales strategy, project control and post-evaluation
• Responsible for risk assessment and valuation of our systems as well as to provide constructive recommendations to drive the operational excellence and compliance with the Group policy
• Assist to manage the Company’s tax exposure under existing and proposed legislations in oversea, to avoid the tax risk in group, improve tax efficiency through tax planning and maintaining tax incentives
• Designing internal control and promoting integrity culture
• Global project support for system development and system improvement for business and control purpose
• Support and monitor the finance issue about oversea property investment
• Assist and support Finance Heads to M&A activity
• Assess Project investment in Plant and Machinery, including the calculation of ROI, feasibility study and post-revaluation, monitor the project progress and risk avoidance
• Other duties as assigned by the Company

Requirements: -

• Degree in Accountancy or related disciplines
• Qualified accountant
• Minimum 10 years working experience, preferably in FMCG industry, with solid oversea finance experience , at least 5 years with PRC
• Audit or Internal Control experience preferred but not a must
• Proven strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
• Solid financial accounting, controllership and risk management skills
• Analytical mind and good business sense
• With energy and passion to drive change and to really make a difference
• Able to independent and proactively take ownership and act with integrity to deliver required result
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
• Strong sense of internal control
• Fluent in spoken and written in Cantonese and English; Mandarin is a MUST
• Prior experience in SAP is an advantage
• Knowledge of PRC Tax and Legal regulation
• Willing to travel frequently and to be seconded to overseas offices if necessary
