Client Details:
Our client is a renowned real estate investment company with diversified property investment portfolio across Hong Kong and overseas. They are now looking for a Financial Controller to support their HK business operation. 

Responsibilities:   

• Recommend overall investment strategy and portfolio construction in alignment with the group's strategic objectives, risk appetite and capital objectives.
• Lead a team in overseeing financial planning & management, cash flow management, tax planning, auditing and budgeting
• Control and evaluate the organization's fund-raising plans and capital structure
• Build and maintain good business relationship with fund management companies, equity research analysis and investment banks
• Provide sound advice on the company's business and investment strategies

Requirements: 

• Tertiary educated in Accounting/ Finance or related disciplines
• Certified Member of HKICPA 
• 12+ years or above accounting and finance experience in a reputable company, preferably from real estate sector
• Good interpersonal skills, independent, proactive and strong analytical mind 
• Ability to provide business recommendations to owners
