Our client is a licensed virtual bank. They are formed by well-established Chinese financial institutions. They are now with around 100 people in the team. Utilising their technology capabilities, they are providing wide ranges mobile banking services available 24/7, including remote account opening, multicurrency savings accounts, time deposits, local transfers and e-statements. To support with their expansion, they are now looking for candidates who are with at least 3 years' financial crime risk experience from financial services industry to join them. Candidate would be able to enjoy wide exposure at his position and very flexible working culture.
Description
Conduct investigation such as transaction monitoring cases, activity reports and suspicious fraud cases.
Analyse data and prepare intelligence reports for management.
Prepare anti-fraud training and briefing materials.
Handling inquiries from customer, law enforcement authorities and other stakeholders.
Perform documentation duties related to operations procedure guidelines.
Profile
Bachelor degree holder.
At least 3 years financial crime risk related experience from banks, payment services firms, e-commerce firms or financial institutions.
Sound knowledge on case investigation and fraud risk controls.
Candidate with outbound call experience on cases investigation would be on advantage.
Self-motivated and able to work under tight schedule.
Good communication skills in both Chinese and English.
