• Design, develop and manage the overall corporate operating model which will be used as an important basis for strategic decision-making and internal evaluation

• Development of various types of other internal financial models to value debt and equity for mergers, acquisitions, and capital raising transactions

• Experienced with various valuation methods: comparable companies, precedents, and DCF

• Work closely with the most senior management in the company to provide a quantitative / data-based perspective in key business decisions and provide an objective standard to evaluate performance and costs

• Conduct preparation and review of materials for potential financial proposals, including management / board presentations

• Formation of a team to address the growing needs of the business for all the above tasks

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field from a school with international prominence
• Two or more years of experience in a corporate finance or business background, in a highly quantitative role
• Extremely strong financial modeling skills able to build a fully-flowing operating model from a blank excel sheet
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-based environment with minimal supervision
• Strong communication and networking skills in both English and Mandarin Chinese
• Impeccable research, quantitative and analytical skills
• Proven strong proficiency in Microsoft Office products, especially Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• MBA or significant healthcare / life science deal experience will be viewed very favorably
• Affinity for current events, critical issues, and relevant news in the healthcare and life sciences sector
• Self-motivated and ability to motivate others
• Proficient in spoken and written English
