In the role of a Digital Transformation Manager, you design best-in-class processes for the IT Finance organization to stay ahead of digitalization. Key areas of responsibility: You act as digital partner and process improvement consultant for the whole IT FIN organization as well as trusted interface towards the IT organization By doing that you drive sustainable process automation and optimization of IT FIN considering future challenges to decrease manual routine tasks amongst the community In Addition, you create state-of-the-art data products to support decision making on top-management level Furthermore, you foster strategic decision making by analyzing and connecting financial and non-financial data from different systems /across units Driving process harmonization across all IT functions and striving for simplification are part of your role Leading the change management of the process improvement including communication and training activities needed completes your field of activities Use your skills to move the world forward. You hold a university degree in business administration, IT, computer science or equivalent You have long years of expertise in finance (accounting, controlling, closing, tax) and transformation processes and are used to think end-to-end (Ideally) you have gained professional experiences in the finance area within IT You have an entrepreneurial mindset and are eager to drive change You are able to work in teams and communicate effectively with relevant stakeholders You consider yourself a self-starter willing to learn things on the fly You are fluent in German and English We’ve got quite a lot to offer.
