What are your responsibilities? · Full P&L responsibility for the DI MC GMC NewCo in SSML Yizheng, China with an annual biz volume at RMB600 mio. · You are responsible for a consistent Financial Planning, Reporting and Controlling of all relevant business and support processes and KPIs · Furthermore, you will be accountable for the integrity of books and records which includes an effective Risk Management and Internal Control System. · Act as a key player in the definition of the plant strategy and in the achievement of strategic and business objectives with a strong focus on cost competitiveness · You are responsible to assure Procurement Strategy and Supply Chain Management / Logistics within the factory as well as lead IT & digitalization activities · Finally, you serve as a role model for the FIN community and beyond by living and promoting ownership culture and develop your team: Make people development, succession planning and diversity an absolute priority What do I need to qualify for this job? · Master’s degree in finance or equivalent combination of education and experience · You have a deep and proven interest for manufacturing and an advanced knowledge/understanding of all end-to-end business processes · Furthermore, you are already experienced in leading teams and in driving high performance cultures while possessing the ability to interact with interdisciplinary and international teams · Having worked on the digital transformation in finance is what makes you stand out even more · Flair for mastering complexity and building trust with others, intercultural proficiencies, and open approach to working on a global scale · English Proficiency is rounding up your profile Make your mark in our exciting world at Digital Industries – Motion Control.
