Key Responsibilities

主要职责

1. Maintain and produce both IFRS accounts and ASBE report on a monthly basis, preparing all financial and accounting reports for submission to the Hong Kong headquarters.

负责出具月度国际会计准则报表和企业会计准则财务报告，并按时向香港总部汇报。

2. Coordinate the preparation and submission of annual budget, auditing, tax planning, forecasting and other relevant regulatory reporting and in-house monthly statements under the direction of the Group Financial Team.

在集团财务领导下组织协调、编制并提交年度预算、年度审计、税务筹划、现金流滚动预测等相关财务计划和内部月度报告

3. Coordinate and supervise daily routines and accounting matters of subordinate

组织协调、监督公司财务部日常管理工作；

4. Develop and implement the internal financial control system under the direction of the Group Financial Team

在集团财务管理团队的指导下实施并改进公司内部的财务控制系统。

5. Managing costing and cost control, in-depth analysis of cost and providing financial support on cost saving

负责工厂成本核算及成本控制，做好成本分析，为成本降低提供财务支持；

6. Maintain and liaise with finance, tax bureau, SAFE and auditors. Prepare and submit all financial reports and other required information to the PRC government bureaus, such as Finance, Tax, Administration of Foreign Exchange, Statistical Bureau, Industrial and Commercial Administration, Customs and any other regulatory organizations.

维护并保持与财政、税务、外管局及审计的良好沟通。根据政府相关部门，如财政局、税务局、外汇管理局、统计局、工商行政管理局、劳动局和社保，以及海关等的要求，提供相关报告与数据;

7. Perform additional duties directed by superiors.

完成上级安排的其它工作。

Qualification

任职资格

1. Bachelor degree or above in Finance related.

财务相关专业本科以上学历。

2. Finance work experience in a manufactory company over ten years, and/or management work experience over three years. Person with three years’work experience in foreign invested manufacturing and export & import companies is preferred.

在制造企业财务工作10年以上，和/或管理工作经验3年以上。有3年以上相关行业外资进出口制造业工作经验者优先考虑。

3. Five years’ finance and accounting work experience in Shaoxing or Hangzhou area, such as handling full set of accounts independently; dealing with the PRC government bureaus, especially the Finance, Tax, Statistical Bureau, Administration of Foreign Exchange, Industrial and Commercial Administration;

在杭州或杭州地区工作5年以前以上，有过相关工作经历，如：独立操作帐务工作，与财政、税务、统计，外汇管理、工商等部门工作接触等。

4. Familiar with the laws and regulations on IFRS & ASBE and the tax policies of local tax bureau. Excellent professional judgment ability and rich accounting project analysis and processing ability

熟悉财务及税收相关法律与规定,具备优秀的职业判断能力和丰富的财会项目分析处理。

5. Familiar with the popular accounting EPR system in the PRC.

熟练使用中国的财务软件。

6. English Language skills with good listening, reading, speaking and writing abilities.

英语流利，包括听、说、读、写。

7. Familiar with the computer knowledge, especially skilled in using Microsoft Office Software, i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and/or others.

熟悉电脑知识，尤其是Word、 Excel、PowerPoint等办公软件的运用。

8. Able to communicate effectively with both internal customers and external suppliers by proper interpersonal skills.

良好的沟通和人际交往技巧，能与内部顾客和外部供应商进行有效沟通。

9. Strong organizational and administrative ability.

较强的组织和管理能力。

10. Intermediate financial position or CPA holder is preferred.

财务中级职称或持CPA者优先考虑。
