Job Description

Your missions will be:

1.     Contribute to the first line of defence on managing market risk and ensuring compliance with Bank's policy, operational procedures and regulatory requirements;

2.     Monitor of exposure of trading/banking book, business mandate and risk limits defined by the Group's risk appetite and internal procedures;

3.     Analysis and reporting of exposures and limit breaches and alert senior management to any potential operational risk issues or unusual events in Treasury/Trading activities;

4.     Ensure daily, weekly, monthly and, ad hoc reports of MO function to local management and HO; Contribute to EMIR and MIFiD regulatory reporting and requirements;

5.     Provide support to front office on risk and compliance matters and process improvements.

Your key responsibilities will be:

1.     Contribute to the first line of defence on managing market risk and ensuring compliance with Bank's policy, operational procedures and regulatory requirements;

2.     Monitor of exposure of trading/banking book, business mandate and risk limits defined by the Group's risk appetite and internal procedures;

3.     Ensure transactions are processed efficiently and booked according to the business mandate; Monitor, analyse and report risk limits and exposures of banking and trading books;

4.     Proactive risk management and responsibility for adequate procedures and effective controls as well as satisfying audit and regulatory requirements; Act promptly on any control weaknesses identified;

5.     Report to senior management any potential operational risk issues or unusual events in Treasury/Trading activities; Improve databases and quantify statistics that improve risk monitoring, analysis and, reporting;

6.     Support front office with trade and treasury operations projects as needed;

7.     Perform EMIR and MIFiD reporting according to legislative requirements and ensure ongoing regulatory compliance; Regular and ad hoc reporting and analysis;

8.     Close interaction with Financial Markets Front Office, Back Office and relevant business segments e.g. Risk Management, Audit, Compliance, cross-border branches, HO.

Qualifications

Profile (Technical Skills): 

1.     University degree in Finance is desired;

2.     3+ years' experience in banking industry;

3.     Mandarin Chinese, English, French is appreciated but not mandatory.

4.     Familiar with Treasury and Trading activities;

5.     Understand of treasury controls and general knowledge of banking and treasury processes;

6.     Familiar with Financial products, including derivatives;

7.     Good MS office skills; Excel (essential).
