Job Summary:

1. Analyze financial information and support the development and implementation of meaningful KPIs and key financial, operational metrics across RFI, RFP, and RF(X). 2. Gather and analyze financial information and make recommendations in supportive of decision-making process. 3. Support on-going operational improvements by identifying, exploring, and implementing reporting, analytics and process solutions. 4. Strong attention to details, focusing on financial integrity, collection, alignment, and consistency in "look and feel" of financial information. 5. Assist in preparing ad hoc reports and participating in special projects as required by the Senior Management Team.

6. Reconcile monthly expenses reported in expense and finance system and prepare monthly expense reports. 7. Other assignments as required;

Job Requirements (Knowledge/Skills/Competencies):

• Graduate of Bachelors Degree or above; Finance or Finance-related major is preferred
• Excellent English skill (reading and writing is must, speaking is a plus)
• Logical thinking and good with numbers
• Excellent computer skills – excellent understanding of all Excel functions, including macros and pivot tables
• Excellent reporting skills – ability in designing, producing and presenting full-scale report is a plus
• Excellent communication and problem solving capability
• Self starter with a high level of initiative
• Attentive to details and meticulous about quality, well-organized, innovative
• Team oriented
• Willing to work on flexible shift
