Key responsibilities

• Complete bookkeeping function including but not limited to Debit/Credit entries as well as the complete Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions.

• Experience in issuance of fapiao and ensure correct billings as well as cash flow management.

• Dealing with reimbursement and other related work

• Experience with online banking platforms in China as well as leading accounting systems.

• Dealing with tax related work according to specific company requirement

• Payroll experience/exposure is preferred including social registration process.

• Monthly performance reporting of the Chinese entity.

• Responsible for archiving and filing all the approved financial records and daily management of accounting files.

• Be the Finance contact in the Beijing office for the Merkle Performance team.

• Customer-service minded and build a good relationship with internal clients/stakeholders.

Key Skills, Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor degree or equivalent in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business related major/qualification

• Two-year’s experience in similar a role

• Advertising company experience is highly preferred

• Advanced computer skills and Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Excel Macro is a plus

• Good English reading, writing and fluent verbal communication skills is a must

• Passion for finance and reporting

• Highly motivated and ability to maintain positive attitude under pressure and time-sensitive deadlines

• Result and quality oriented with sense of effective and efficient

• Strong organizational skills, detail-orientated
