For our Rome Office we are are searching for FP&A Analyst for 12 months fix term contract with following responsibilities: Support the FP&A manager with the forecasting and planning cycles, annual operating plans, quarterly and monthly forecasts (LBE, Plan, LRP, Update). Meet month-end and year-end submission and reporting deadlines and ensure high-quality comments of financial figures, with analysis on the variance between actual and plan/forecast/prior year for his/her competency area. Support financial planning process with cash flow planning, transfer pricing planning and demand planning. Support weekly sales forecasting process and prepare periodic KPI reporting for stakeholders (monthly P&L analysis) Support ad hoc management & stakeholder requests for financial information. Support of FP&A Manager on internal Business Reviews Ad-hoc projects and analysis for Italy FP&A Manager and Finance Director Qualifications Analytical and financial modeling skills, comfort with Finance and Accounting principles and strong financial statement analysis ability. 1-2 years business controller experience Acting in a goal-oriented manner, prioritize and complete tasks in order of importance. A university Business Economics degree Fluent Italian and English required Excellent Computer Skills, Office with advanced Excel and PowerPoint expertise, SAP, common reporting, and Power BI tool Competencies Interpersonal skills with the ability to work with others as well as independently.
