As a Financial Planning & Analysis Supervisor , you will be responsible for supporting the finance function in Turkey and being a business partner to other functions in the organization. This position requires accomplishing a variety of FP&A tasks, including but not limited to review and analysis of actual financial information as it relates to monthly financial reviews and forecasts, annual budget preparation, balance sheet account management and the assistance in supporting and creating processes and procedures to increase the efficiency and value of the overall Turkey Finance Department. Job Responsibilities Reporting and Forecasting: Support Eaton Ankara Controller in monthly closing, pre-forecast and forecast by managing submissions in Eaton’s reporting systems, preparing relevant packages (variances, commentaries) and analyzing data for consistency and trends. Prepare monthly management presentations, including summary of financial results and actionable intelligence, for Eaton Ankara Management, Operating Review slides for electrical sector and PDD, as well as any ad-hoc set of slides. Support Eaton Ankara Controller to drive the annual Profit Plan through the deployment of guidelines and review of key metrics. Ensure key deliverables owned by Supply Chain and Sales teams are prepared with the necessary quality and consistency with financials – e.g. inventory projections, material inflation forecasts, pricing realization, Balance Score Card. Standardize and simplify processes. Answer ad-hoc questions from the Eaton Ankara and PDD managements, Electrical Sector and HQs in Morges and the US. Support Eaton Ankara Controller in the preparation of the strategic plan. Propose improvements in reporting processes to reduce complexity, standardize and increase efficiency. Interact with, and influence, other functions to achieve this objective. Business Analysis & Financial Modeling: Validate order book and sales projections prepared by Sales and participate in the Sales, Inventory and Operations Planning (SIOP) meetings. Monthly tracking of order intake, backlog as well as sales by customer to drive prioritization/focus. Partner with Sales and Operations to structure and deploy a product/customer mix analysis that enables active management of margins and mix enrichment. Help the Controller in identifying opportunities for flexing manufacturing and support costs / discretionary spend in relation to top line as well as other productivity improvements. Create tools and processes to support the roll out of a systematic department budget process and spend tracking mechanism. Provide financial decision support in evaluating capital investment requests / execute and learn from CAR post audits. Monitor working capital changes vs. targets and challenge underlying improvement actions driven by Supply Chain. Achieve/exceed PP cost out and align SCM vs Finance view on Cost Out tracking. Required: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related Minimum 5 years of experience, background in the manufacturing sector preferred. Knowledge of accounting systems, advanced Excel, PowerPoint and financial modeling skills, US GAAP, SAP Fluent in English and native Turkish Strong and effective interpersonal skills. Able to communicate complex topics in an effective and concise manner, intellectual rigor and curiosity; problem-solving. Highly motivated, results-driven, accountable, and able to work independently.
