Job Description

We are looking for a Financial Analyst to join the Consumer & Cloud Infrastructure Business Group Finance team based out of San Jose, CA or Wilmington, MA. This is a critical position and a highly visible role requiring great attention to detail, accuracy, and has excellent communication skills. The candidate should possess strong analytical skills, working knowledge of GAAP, strong excel skills, enterprise software (SAP), and business intelligence tools (Qlikview or PowerBI).

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Finance teams and business partners in maintaining Revenue/Opex forecasting models
  • Support (prepare & submit) quarterly P&L forecasting process for the division in collaboration with internal business key stakeholders
  • Lead and provide accurate and complete financial results during the monthly, quarterly, and yearly close process
  • Prepare/Post JE’s, key financial reporting, flux analysis, and ad-hoc analysis for internal business reviews
  • Work with BU & Finance leadership in support of ad hoc requests & initiatives

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting
  • 2-4 Years of experience; must demonstrate working knowledge in relevant areas
  • Proficiency in MS Excel (lookups, pivot tables) & PPT
  • Experience in building analytical models, reports/dashboards
  • Understanding & strong foundation of P&L and other financial statements
  • Has collaborated with other organizations such as Operations, Corporate FP&A, Engineering, Business Development, HR, or various internal teams
  • A team-player and should have the willingness/attitude to learn, help, and grow
