Our client is a Banking Group with strong presence in Hong Kong, Macau and China. To cope with their rapid expansion, they are now looking for a Financial Planning Manager to join the team.

About the Role

• Collaborate with Relationship Managers in branches to provide professional insurance solution to bank customers
• Pro-actively drive cross-selling activities based on customer needs to optimize sales opportunities and sustain relationship with customers
• Develop sales strategies and business plans with Branch and District Manager to maximize results
• Provide training to frontline sales staff on insurance product knowledge, market updates and selling skills

Requirement

• Degree holder in BBA, Finance or related disciplines
• 4+ years of relevant experience in insurance or banking industry, with proven track record in financial planning
• IIQE Paper 1, 2 and 3 Qualification
• Current Insurance agents with stable working history will also be considered
