Managing Reporting Requirements & Systems

• Co-ordinate to prepare and update site P/L forecasts on a quarterly and annual basis.
• Prepare the consolidated reports and provide analysis and commentary on trends and deviation from targets on a monthly and quarterly basis.
• Support and co-ordinate the Quarterly Business Review meetings, including presentation requirements (formats and content) and follow up to ensure that all the action items are addressed.
• Manage the deployment of business intelligence system in analyzing business performance through KPIs.
• Support ad-hoc management reporting requirements from sites and Group.

Strategic Planning and Forecasting

• Support M&A analysis of profit and cost drivers and trends for M&A deals.
• Continuously review all standard reporting between Head Office and the countries with the objective to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of reporting.
• Conduct research on the competitors’ business performance and external environment factors
• Work effectively with department heads, partners and vendors to simulate and execute new business plans

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor or higher in Finance, Business, Management or other relevant discipline
• 10+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis roles
• Demonstrate the ability to formulate strategy tactics, come up with solutions and think outside the box
• Strike to work in a dynamic working environment, meet deadlines and different levels of people
• Experience in developing and managing automated dashboards, data-warehouse and business analytics software for manufacturing organization
• Good presentation, communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent command of languages (English, Cantonese & Mandarin) both written and verbally
