The scope of this role is listed below but not limited to:  

• Key member of the management team providing business partnership and financial advice.
• Partner with management to establish strategic plans and objectives for the organization.
• In charge of the business plan rollout, projection, and actual spending monitor.
• Responsible for continuously improvement of forecast accuracy as well as financial analysis to provide insights and drive actions from business partners.
• Ensure proper financial controls and business processes are in place and participate in risk management, guidance, tracking and control.
• Set priorities and goals for the team, get results across boundaries.
• Foster an inclusive work environment, develop employees, and manage performance.

Qualifications

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position.   

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field   with 7+ years of related practical experience on Financial Analysis. Budgeting & Planning, forecasting and business modeling.   
• Prior FP&A and manufacturing experience desired.   
• Advanced English level  
• Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Excel, Macros, and Queries. 

Preferred qualifications:    

They are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.  

• Experience with Power BI or any Data visualization or analytics tools.  
• Passion and knowledge for driving process improvements, automation, standardization, and business process management (BPM). 
• Management experience will be considered a plus.
