As a Financial Planning & Analyst Supervisor you will be Leading the FP&A team to provide business partnering support to the Eaton Electric (Slough) and the sales team based in Ireland ; implementing a strong financial control environment, whilst providing timely and accurate financial information to key business stakeholders. Responsibility for the FP&A function coordinating & supplying business partnering support to Eaton Electric (Slough) and the sales team based in Ireland. But not limited to: Leading the month end close process for Ledger 4643 & 7811, delivering actual results on a monthly basis to Division as per timetable Effective co-ordination with the internal GFSS team to ensure all transferred tasks are completed accurately and on time Leading the projects sales and revenue recognition process Ownership of non-GFSS balance sheet reconciliations for Ledger 4643 & 7811 Responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate submission of statutory returns (Tax packs, VAT, EC sales, Intrastat and National Statistics) Leading internal/external audits Leading the annual physical inventory count process on Doncaster & Maynooth (Ireland) sites Calculation and monitoring of quarterly/annual employee bonus scheme Point of contact for Irish sales team and involvement in related commercial projects where required Implementing a strong financial control environment within a multiple ledger business, whilst providing timely and accurate financial information to key business stakeholders Manage and motivate direct report(s) to deliver best in class processes in a changing and challenging environment Work proactively with senior personnel to highlight and evaluate potential opportunities for business / process improvements on a continual basis Qualifications Preferred education level: Passed Finalist ACCA, CIMA, CA or Masters Degree in Accounting. Years and area of experience required: 5 Years.
