Requirements:
- Management accounting
- US GAAP adjustments, reserves and provisions during month-end closing
- GAAP fixed assets database management
- Managing leased assets in CoStar system
- Main contact for intercompany partners on AP/AR reconciliation, documentation and other matters
- Weekly sales, cash balances and inventory reporting
- Regular development of documentation for incoming and outgoing cross charges to comply with local legislation
- Responsibility for internal audit, the main contact for auditors providing them with full support
- Coordination of insurance program renewals
- Interaction with internal international colleagues on accounting, treasure, tax and other matters
- Participation in 9+3 forecasts and budget development
- Support site controller with other tasks
- Back up HFM/CMR submissions and other key responsibilities in absence of site controller
Requirements:
- University degree (Accounting or Finance)
- 3+ years of relevant experience in industry or 2-3 years in audit companies
- Working knowledge of RAS and GAAP
- Experienced user of Excel
- Advance level of English, both written and verbal
